For Example if i'm on call with someone on Skype on my PC and the same Skype account i'm running on my phone as well, and if i want to join that same call at same time both on PC and mobile, than please advise how am i suppose to do that.

( wasnt clearthat you had two computers.) not sure what part of the iphone answer you didnt understand.. i provided the download link for the skype app. and let you know that as long as your just doing a skype to skype call you dont need skype credit on the iphone account.
