IVPN has a pretty standard refund policy. If you are dissatisfied with the IVPN service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchasing your subscription. If there are exceptional circumstances such as a technical issue that prevents you using IVPN, this refund policy extends to 30 days at the discretion of IVPN.
