Solved: Network printer issue: Can't print but can ping I have a big problem. We have a network printer HP LaserJet M4345 MFP. It's connected to a switch and the switch is connected to a Telmex Modem. It has a static IP. 5 computers connect to this printer, but I'm going to use one as a sample. Hi Network engineers, We have a cisco catalyst 4500 switch and we have a network printer attached to it .when i ping the network printer from my lan pc ,i am getting packet drops.
